Brightstone Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Maynardville, TN

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate must have strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • strong computer and office administration skills
  • Apartment management experience is required, 1 year minimum
  • Applicants must be customer service oriented, proactive, organized and be able to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills.
  • Goal oriented, enthusiastic individuals are desired.
  • Experience with Appfolio a plus

Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • overseeing the leasing and maintenance staff members.
  • Implement marketing and leasing programs that will ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Responsible for rent collection/recording and maintaining minimal delinquent rent through personal contact and follow up.
  • Coordinating and documenting with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders, apartment turns, and maintaining and improving overall property condition.
  • Ensuring resident retention through relationship building and customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
